Pre-purchasing:

BUY ONLINE, SKIP THE LINE:
Customers who purchase tickets online with us gain access to our online express lane at the candybar. Please follow the signage in the foyer to utilise this service.
We recommend patrons pre-purchase tickets online or instore. 
Pre-purchasing ensures a seat and the preferred seat with allocated seating enforced, for social distancing purposes.
We don't book seats and pay later.
It is important to sit in the chosen seat for social distancing purposes.
If you're coming as a group and want to sit together, you must pay together in one transaction.
We currently have lower capacity numbers, so we recommend pre-purchasing tickets to avoid possible disappointment.
Vouchers can only be exchanged for a ticket in-store, not via the website.

Restrictions:

Masks are optional to wear in this facility for patrons.
Allocated seats are enforced for social distancing purposes. The seat number is found on every ticket, both physical and e-ticket.
Booster cushions are currently unavailable, please bring your own pillow/cushion.

Opening Hours:

Our opening hours change day to day. We open 15 minutes before the first movie and 15 minutes after the last movie goes in. Please check either our schedule on our website or on our Facebook page!

Vouchers:

Gift Vouchers purchased between March 2019 and August 2020 now expire 11:59pm FRIDAY 25TH OF JUNE 2021. These include local vouchers issued between those dates. 
Deals Day Vouchers will be valid for 2 years after our new re-opening date (13/11/2020).
Gift Cards are valid for 3 years from their date of issue.

Gift Cards and E-gift Cards can now be used online to pre-purchase tickets! At the checkout page, type in the gift card number found on either the physical Gift Card, or the E-Gift Card email. The pin for a physical gift card is 0000 whereas the E-Gift Cards pin is also attached to the email.

Unfortunately vouchers, deals day vouchers, 3 & under tickets and carers cards cannot be used in our pre-purchasing online system. We encourage you to check the seating map online (in the purchasing process) and if seats are still available to come in and transfer them to a ticket.

Food & drink:

Our popcorn and plain chips are gluten free, with other items being vegetarian, vegan, dairy free (including the popcorn!) Please inquire in-store as we're happy to show you the ingredients of a certain product!

Only food & drink purchased at Echuca Paramount can be taken into the cinemas.
